specsym takes the results of a calculation by cluster on
a molecule and creates new SYMBOL and GRPMAT files to be
input to cluster, and then takes the output for all the
calculations and processes them to extract information such as the
infrared and Raman spectra, thermodynamic properties such as the
specific heat and entropy and phonon frequencies.
